Simba’s Adventures sets high value on the reliability of the online order- and payment process. When you place an order at our website and you choose iDEAL - Credit card  - PayPal - Mister Cash / Bancontact  or Sofort Banking as the desired payment method, you will be directly put through to the secured payment page of Mollie or PayPal, so that you can make an instant online payment. If you choose for bank transfer, you can make a transfer yourself on the basis of the data that can be found in the order confirmation that you receive per e-mail.

Simba’s Adventures has no access to your bank- and credit card data and all transactions are sent encoded and encrypted over the internet. For this purpose, Mollie and PayPal make use of very advanced encryption technologies, so that your privacy is completely guaranteed.

We offer the following payment methods:

  Credit Card (Mastercard / Visa)

When you choose to pay with credit card, you will be directly put through to the secured payment page of Mollie. Here, you can fill in your credit card number, the safety code and the expiry date. Within only a few mouse clicks, your order will have been completed. This means that your Credit Card data aren't accessible to Simba’s Adventures. Also, your data won't be saved on our website.

Regarding the safety of Credit Card payments

Since 2010, Visa uses 3-D Secure technology. Visa has introduced her 3-D Secure programme under the name 'Verified by Visa'. This programme makes online paying a lot safer. All payments that are made through the Visa 3-D Secure programme are guaranteed by Visa.
What does 3-D Secure mean?

As a PayPal user, you have the possibility to transfer a desired amount to your own PayPal account. This amount can be transferred from your bank account to your PayPal account. This gives you the opportunity to make a payment from this account to us or one of the many other PayPal partners worldwide. Also, you can become a PayPal member easily and for free. By the way, you can also pay with your credit card without registering at PayPal.

How does PayPal work?
While opening a PayPal account, you can enter the data of your bank account or credit card. 
Your bank account or credit card will be linked to your PayPal account. With every new payment via PayPal, you won't have to enter these data anymore. After you have confirmed a payment, PayPal will automatically deduct the amount from your account or from your credit card. This service is completely free for you as a PayPal user and at any moment, you have the possibility, if necessary, to deposit the money quickly and easily back to your own bank account.

 Bancontact / Mister Cash (only for Belgian bank account owners)

Bancontact / Mister Cash is the online payment system which has been developed by the joint banks in Belgium. The joint banks are Dexia, BNP Paribas, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank, VDK Spaarbank and Record Bank. All Belgian customers of these participating banks who use online banking, are able to make use of Bancontact / Mister Cash. You can make your payments quickly and easily on the familiar online payment page of your own bank. This means that you can make payments in the way that you were already used to.

 SOFORT Banking

When you choose to pay via SOFORT Banking you will pay securely and directly by online bank transfer. It’s a method based on internet banking. In order to use SOFORT Banking you don’t need to create an account and you don’t need to register. After choosing SOFORT BANKING you are automatically led to the secure payment form. Select your bank and fill in your trusted data for internet banking. Finally, you confirm the transfer with a confirmation code. This payment method can be used by customers from Germany, Belgium, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Poland and Switzerland.
 

 iDEAL (only for Dutch account owners)

This way, you can pay in a fast and easy way on the familiar online banking page of your own bank. This means making payments in a way that you already were used to.

 Bank Transfer within and outside The Netherlands

If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, you can easily transfer the money to us by tele - or online banking or with a transaction form, on the basis of the information that you receive in our payment information mail. For payments from outside the Netherlands, you have to use our IBAN and BIC codes. You can find these codes in the e-mail that you receive after you have completed your order. Please always mention your order number in your bank transfer, otherwise we can't connect your payment to your order, which would cause a delay in the completion of your order. With this payment method, it can take up to 3 days before we receive your payment. We will ship your order immediately after we received your payment. You ought to have made your payment within 5 business days, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
