Personal data and data processing

To offer you a good and personal service, we need some of your information. If you subscribe yourself on our website, your name, (e-mail) address and telephone number are saved. These data will be used exclusively for services you requested for explicitly, for example when you place an order or wish to alter your data.

Simba’s Adventures processes 3 different types of data: identity-, payment-, and traffic data.

Identity data

These are data that you enter during the order- or registration process:

The order data are used in order to process your order and deliver the parcel to you as fast as possible. Your e-mail address and telephone number can be useful in case, for example, there is something wrong with your order. The e-mail address you enter here, won't be used for marketing goals. Your birth date and clothing size will be asked in order to match our products to our target group.  If you enter your birth date, you will receive an e-mail one week prior to your birthday with a gift card that can be cashed on our website. You are not obliged, however, to fill in these personal data.

When you register yourself on our website via 'become a customer', you can choose whether or not you wish to receive our digital newsletter with interesting offers. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter, please remove the check. It is also possible to unsubscribe via the link in the newsletter or by sending us a reply-email with the request to unsubscribe. Your other data will not be used for marketing goals and shall of course not be provided to third parties for commercial goals.

Payment data

During the registration of the payment data, we online note the payment method (iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Of course, bank data will not be saved.

Simba’s Adventures hands your data over to a small selection of third parties who process your data for administrative goals:

Besides that, Simba’s Adventures doesn't hand your data over to third parties, except for laws and regulations which oblige us to this. The data will exclusively be used for the goals as stated in this privacy statement.

Rights of visitors and our customers

As visitor or customer of our website you have the right to directly contact Simba’s Adventures with the request to inform you whether our organisation processes your data. Within 4 weeks, Simba’s Adventures will provide you with a written report containing information about which data are being processed, the purposes for which your data are being processes and where these data come from, who received them and for which purposes.

You also have the right to request Simba’s Adventures to correct, add, remove or hide certain personal data.
